WHO WE ARE
Between Rounds (“we”) is a venture studio that helps crypto, fintech and AI teams raise and grow. Between Rounds is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us about your data on Telegram: @ariari0x.
WHAT WE COLLECT
- What you send us: quiz answers (stage, sector, needs, round size), your name, project name, Telegram handle or email, and a deck link if you share one.
- Booking details: the time you pick and the details you enter in Calendly.
- Email sign-ups: your email when you ask for the pre-raise checklist or join the investor dealflow list.
- Usage data, only with your consent: pages visited, referrer and campaign tags, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP, scroll depth and clicks.
- Technical data: IP address and request logs that our hosting provider processes to deliver and protect the site.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Providers that process data for us: Cloudflare (hosting and security), PostHog (analytics, EU cloud), Calendly (bookings), Telegram (delivers your request to our team), Supabase (our CRM, EU region), our own automation server in the EU, and an email delivery service for the dealflow digest. We share your deck or a project summary with investors and partners only after you agree to an intro. We don’t sell personal data.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Some providers are based outside your country, including in the US. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Requests and call notes: up to 24 months after our last contact. Email lists: until you unsubscribe. Analytics: up to 12 months.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to us on Telegram. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
SECURITY
Only the team can access your data, and the site has no user accounts or payment details.
CHILDREN
The site is for founders and investors. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
CHANGES
We post updates on this page with a new date. Cookies are covered in our cookie policy.
